The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were fantastic - kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with a train station nearby and even a McDonald's!
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

I recently stayed at Chilli Hostel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the pregnant lady who was genuinely nice. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable with warm duvets, and the linen was fresh. The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to provide helpful tips on places to eat and see in the city. I also loved the beautiful garden in the back of the hostel.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The double room I stayed in had a balcony, which was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee and take in the views of the city. The private entrance made me feel like I had my own little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Having an electric kettle in the room was a convenient touch, allowing me to make tea whenever I wanted. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some relaxing downtime in the evenings. The dormitory rooms with wooden beds had a cozy and rustic feel, which added to the overall charm of the hostel.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared bathroom facilities in the dormitory rooms. However, I understand that some people may not mind them and still enjoy their stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better was having more variety of food options in the morning.

The location of the hostel is a bit far from the city center, but there is a tram nearby that can easily take you to the main attractions. the staff at the hostel is very friendly and helpful, providing amenities like free tea, coffee, and even coke. the common areas are clean and well-maintained, and there is a beautiful painting of the city in the garden where you can enjoy a barbecue.
The beds at the hostel are uncomfortable, as the mattresses are too thin and you can feel the boards underneath.

The staff, especially the friendly and genuine pregnant lady, made our stay even better. The hostel provided clean linen, towels on demand, and lockers with personal keys for security.
